Rivera brought me food faith in little Rock. I visit this city occasionally and always struggle to find good food that isn’t overpriced and underwhelming. Rivera’s definitely wowed me. The interior was unexpectedly nice. The service was great. The food was delicious and served in a timely fashion. I will definitely return the next time I come through Little Rock. We ate the lobster bisque, garlic olive oil, eggplant parm, seafood combo, and finished off with a canoli. Everything was very delicious and tasted fresh.
My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for lunch and we were very impressed! I remember when it was a Chinese buffet, but the decor and atmosphere were really beautiful. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and toasted ravioli for appetizers, my husband had the pasta sampler and I had the chicken parmesan. For dessert I had the lemoncello cake and my husband had the chocolate cake! Everything was delicious and we can't wait to return!!!!
Such a great atmosphere, there was a piano player that was a nice touch. A friend told me about the place, so I took my adult son for his birthday. The food was amazing. I had a seafood pasta in a white sauce that was probably the best I have ever had. Will defiantly go again.
Amazing Italian food and wine. Beautiful atmosphere and fabulous service. Minestrone soup and house made rolls so delicious. Fresh salad made to order. Combo seafood pasta and lasagna were both great dishes. Very reasonable prices and lunch menu available. Our waiter Jason was very polite and knowledgeable about all dishes, great service 5***** Highly recommend. Tiramisu incredible.
Atmosphere: an upscale feel with nice lighting and piano music upon entry. Old fashioned: perfect balance of slightly spirit forward taste. Not too sweet as is often the case at most bars and restaurants. Service was prompt and courteous, and follow up was timed perfectly as well. Shrimp scampi, could not be better. Perfect place for date night, large groups, or even rehearsal dinner. Will definitely be back next time I’m in NLR.
The food here is incredible. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. The Chicken Niccola was so perfectly cooked that you could cut the chicken with a fork. We also had the Tiramisu, which was so light and melted in your mouth. And the rolls... don't get me started. This is hands down one of the best places that I have ever eaten at. The service was excellent as well. We will definitely be back next time we visit Little Rock.
I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best restaurant I have ever been to. Always excellent, friendly staff and AMAZING food!!! The old location will always have a special place in my husbands and my heart, with the cozy date nights and the way it reminded us of the phenomenal hole-in-the-wall restaurants we would find when we lived in Brooklyn, but the new location? It's perfect, and so beautiful, and 100% deserved! We went for an early Valentine's date tonight, and our server Corey was fantastic! Thank you!!
We have wanted to try this place and finally had time to do so for our 13 year anniversary. Being Saturday 2 weeks before Christmas they were packed. We had a 30 minute wait but that was fine. Once seated our waiter brought our drinks and we placed our order. I had the chicken piccata which was delicious, hubs had the Italian sampler which was manicotti, lasagna and cannolini. The waiter brought fresh hot rolls which seemed to be a type of pretzel roll, very hot and fresh. The piccata was delicious , 2 chicken breast on top of spaghetti in a light lemon sauce and capers , the sampler was served in a single dish together and was rich tomato sauce with cheese throughout. I had the garden salad which was chilled , crisp and very fresh, he had the tomato basil soup which was delicious , rich tomato flavor and creamy. Even though we were stuffed we tried the chocolate mousse cake It was decadent and chocolaty. The portions are enough. Not to much but enough to fill you up. The ambience is very nice , relaxing and romantic. There was a lady playing Christmas music on the piano near the bar. From the outside it doesn’t look like much but once inside you see it is very nicely decorated, not the run of the mill Italian decor. White table cloths nicely lit with small lighted trees throughout. Our waiter was attentive but not over bearing. Cost with tip very reasonable for 2. You can’t get this at OG!! Why go there when for the price you get a nice experience with great food. Our new favorite place now
